Payment

What payment options are available?

You can pay securely and easily with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact.


When will my subscription be charged?

If you chose a monthly payment, you will be charged on the same day every month as the purchase date. For example, if you purchased your subscription on April 10th, you will be charged on May 10th. Same for the quarterly payment. If you chose a 12-month subscription, you will be charged once, immediately on the day of purchase a year later.


Can I change my subscription type?

Once the purchase is completed, you can’t change the subscription type. However, you can cancel your subscription and start a new one with a different subscription type.


Is there a free trial period?

Yes, you can try the application for 14 days for free.


How can I cancel my subscription?

Open the web application and click on "profile settings" in the top right corner. You can easily cancel your subscription there. Note: if you have a monthly payment, you can cancel monthly. If you chose a 3 or 12-month subscription, you have already paid for that period. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel earlier (and request a refund). Of course, you will keep access to the application for the full duration of your subscription.


Nutrition

How do I know how many calories I need to achieve my goal?

When you purchase your favorite program, you will also get access to the calorie counter. There, you can enter all personal information (such as weight, age, goal, activity level). After the calculation, you will see your ideal calorie intake.


Are the meal plans personalized?

There are several meal plans calculated and integrated for meat/fish eaters, vegetarians, and pescatarians. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a fully personalized mealplan.


Are there vegan meal plans?

Not yet, but we are preparing them behind the scenes!


What does a meal plan look like?

You will be provided with 5 to 6 meals per day, from breakfast to evening snack. Each meal includes a list of necessary ingredients and preparation methods.


Will I see the calories and macros?

Yes! With each meal plan, you will see the total distribution of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats per day. The preparation methods also show the correct macros per meal.


Can I swap meals?

You can choose a different meal plan every day that fits within the selected calorie group. You must follow the schedule for that day from morning to evening, to ensure you intake the correct macros.


Training

What equipment do I need during the workouts?

The gym programs use basic machines that are present in almost every gym. If a specific device is not available, click on the "alternative exercise" button and perform the alternative exercise.


How do I know how to perform an exercise?

The web app has a library of over 300 instructional videos. You can watch each exercise to see exactly how it should be performed.


Can I switch between programs?

Once you have purchased a program, you will only have access to that specific program until the end. This way, you can focus on one structure with a series of related exercises, resulting in optimal progress. We want to avoid program hopping as it’s the easiest way to fall of track in our opinion! In doubt about what to choose? Carefully read the description of each program or contact us, we’re happy to help you out picking the right program for you!


What if I have completed my selected program?

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the program. You will now automatically have the option to immediately start a follow-up program. However, you can still adjust the goal and intensity at that time.


Program vs. Guide

What is the difference between 'programs' and 'guides'?

A program is a complete package: it includes nutrition and training advice tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. In the web app, you will find everything you need to achieve your goals optimally. Personal support is also provided. A guide is an e-book focused on training a specific muscle group. After making a one-time purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your PDF guide.


General

What if I have a general question?

Every member gets access to a private Facebook group where you can ask any questions you may have. Additionally, you have the opportunity to personally reach out to Savannah via the chat in the web app on a monthly basis.


What is included in a program?

When you purchase a program, you get unlimited access to the app, which includes recipes, meal plans, instructional videos, workout programs, and more!
